Who doesn’t love saving time and money? That’s the goal of the REALTOR Benefits® Program—to deliver the best savings and value to REALTORS® across a wide variety of products and services. In fact, last year, it’s estimated that over 700,000 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) members saved approximately $57 million combined by taking advantage of one or more special offers designed exclusively for REALTORS® through the Association’s member benefits program.

These members tapped into savings from over 30 different providers that offer products and services you use every day, in your work and at home. Covering a wide range of options—from health and dental insurance, to office supplies, wireless service plans, new real estate websites, eSignature solutions, and many others—there’s something for everyone, and every REALTOR® can easily recoup the cost of their NAR membership (several times over) by capitalizing on these savings.

Save $500 on a New Vehicle
Some of the most significant savings included in the REALTOR Benefits® Program are for travel and automotive services. For example, NAR members saved over $2.8 million last year through a special program offered by FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group LLC), NAR’s Official Automobile Manufacturer.

FCA US LLC offers a $500 cash allowance on the purchase or lease of select new 2015 and 2016 vehicles, including best-sellers Jeep® Grand Cherokee, Chrysler Town & Country, Chrysler 200 and FIAT® 500L.

This offer can be combined with most other national and regional FCA US LLC incentives and special programs for even greater savings, including most model year-end sales cash allowance incentives. The $500 savings is also available to REALTOR® Association staff and immediate family members living in the same household.

“It’s a great program. I’ve already taken advantage of it twice—a Chrysler for myself and a Dodge for my son,” says John Sutton, a real estate broker in Franklin, Tenn. “Will I use it again with my next car? You bet.”

No Charge Oil Changes, Too
REALTORS® receive the added benefit of two years of oil changes (includes oil, lube and filter change) with a purchase or lease—up to eight oil changes in a two-year period. When combined, the $500 savings and no-extra-charge oil changes equal the value of your NAR membership dues for more than six years.

“I drive a diesel, so I was especially pleased by the free oil changes,” explains Jackie Jones, GREEN, with a real estate firm in Nederland, Colo. “On top of the $500 cash allowance, my savings have really added up.”

Negotiate your best price with your dealer before requesting your $500 savings. However, note that certain terms, conditions, and restrictions apply. Visit REALTOR.org/FCA before visiting your local dealer for complete rules and instructions, including eligible vehicles.

Additional Travel and Automotive Discounts
Don’t miss out on more special member discounts from Avis, Budget and Hertz—three other partners in the REALTOR Benefits® Program that offer up to 25 percent savings on car rentals to REALTORS®, plus additional benefits such as limited-time special offer codes, which can add to savings.
