For every real estate team out there there's a different view of how technology should be utilized. However, according to RISMedia, which recently surveyed agent teams across the country, the majority of respondents use lead-gen/referral services (29.6 percent) to generate leads; task/time management tools (31.1 percent) for office management; and aerial photography (25.8 percent) for their listings.
This information, featured in the newly-released RISMedia's Ultimate Real Estate Team Guide, was compiled to get a better understanding of how teams operate in the U.S. "Technology helps us work more efficiently, communicate more clearly with our clients and make our client interactions more consistent," says Sherri Howe, co-owner of Team Howe.
