Those of you who know me know I'm passionate about open house conversion. When I got started in the real estate business at the age of 18, I didn't have any great leads. I didn't have any money to spend on marketing, but I needed to meet buyers and sellers, so holding open houses became a great way to access them without spending a lot of money. Now, granted, I didn't have any listings, so my broker helped me arrange to hold open houses other agents didn't want to hold, which was fine with me.
